INQ ASSET MANAGER'S PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE SET UP WITH THREE DIFFERENT ACCESS PORTALS: ADMINISTRATION, VENDOR AND USER.
Each has the ability to perform different tasks within the system. Administration accounts have the ability to do multiple functions including order processing, if desired. Admin accounts can upload items, manage inventory levels, run inventory reports, set up shipping or you can turn all these functions over to a vendor and just sit back and relax.
Have items that can be ordered at no cost to your team? With InQ Asset Manager, you can set up the system to direct bill your company on terms you’ve set up with the vendor. Want control over which items are being ordered and when? We can set you up with approval access so you know exactly what is being requested. Want less control over what users are buying? Set up your promotional items module with credit card payment options.

Vendors can have access to set up and manage all aspects of your promotional items. When an order is placed, the vendor is notified in order to process the order through the InQ Asset Manager workflow. They’ll accept, process and ship the order all from InQ’s interface, making the ordering process completely seamless to your team. Have a preferred tax or shipping account? They can be linked directly to the InQ interface, so when your team places an order, they’ll know the complete cost at checkout.
Vendor and Administrator accounts can run inventory and item coverage reports at any time. Know exactly what your big sellers are so you can keep inventory on-hand and available at all times. Conversely, you’ll have the ability to pull slow moving items out of the system if desired.
ITEMS CAN BE SET UP WITH MULTIPLE OPTIONS UNDER ONE LISTING, SUCH AS SIZE AND COLOR.
Like many online stores, InQ Asset Manager allows for multiple images of items in the system. Thanks to InQ’s unique security settings, each item can be set up for access only to your specific target groups as well. You can have items that are available to all of your employees or a specific set available to only upper management - the control is in your hands.
Items can also be grouped into kits. Have a big golf outing coming up? You can set up a Golf Kit within InQ Asset Manager for easy purchasing. Each item is included in the kit, but will be pulled from the item’s individual inventory for proper inventory tracking. What about trade shows? InQ promotional kits make it easy for each team member to order their own approved booth apparel for the show. Even better, it can ship direct to them – no need to chase down your team to distribute the apparel.
Users see only a seamless shopping experience – similar to what they would experience with any online store. InQ will even send your users notications when their order has been accepted, processed and shipped, all of which can be tracked in the system at any time.
